Resetting the Flash Settings for IE – User
If you are receiving a log in error that states “An unexpected internal error has occurred” and you are using IE, you may need to reset your Flash settings.
Resetting Flash Settings for IE
Log in error states “An unexpected internal error has occurred”
- Go to your control panel
- Make icons “small”
- Select Flash Player
- Under “Storage”
- Make sure the “Allow sites to save information on this computer” is selected.
